Alexa Servodidio and I talk about my book One Of A Kind Making Things Happen, and how overcoming all that life can throw at us, doesn’t have to prevent any of us from succeeding. “closing the door” on bad things that have occurred in our past is a technique I have used very successfully and is something that all of us can learn. In learning to do this we can take charge of how our life can be a fulfilling and exciting experience rather than a negative one where we blame the past for not achieving a bright and fulfilling future for ourselves.
My book, One Of A Kind Making Things Happen is available on Amazon if you follow the link to my official author page or you can check out my posts on my Facebook Page , my YouTube interviews, Blogs and contact information.

Those who know me, or who have read my book, “One Of A Kind Making Things Happen,” know that my life’s motto is “Make Things Happen” and to this statement I am part of a group called Ealing History. Ealing is where I grew up and where I have a large family and also where my heart is.
Recently I formed this group, Famous Names of Ealing Studios,” to honor the link that Ealing has with its world famous Ealing Studios, which are by the way the oldest working studios in the world dating back to 1910. The group I have formed is going to lead the implementation of a “Famous Names of Ealing Studios “walk of fame” where the names of the many many actors and actresses, names from the bygone times and present day films, TV shows and famous Ealing Comedies, will be indelibly linked to Ealing by having their names set into paving stones.
The artist’s impression above shows Ealing’s new Multiplex, an area for the arts with cinemas, apartments, cafes and shops. The famous names will appear in this courtyard, down from Ealing Broadway Station and will lead on to the world famous Ealing Studios on Ealing Green.
I am very happy to be part of this project and will for sure make this happen, together with my project group.
To make things happen, all we need to do is to imagine being there and seeing the finished project which I have done since the onset of this concept.
This idea is gaining traction, support, financial help and will for sure, happen!
A Life Lesson – an excerpt from One Of A Kind Making Things Happen
My Aunt, who was my mentor and the stuff an empire was built on, was a lady who at age 75 bought an Old English White MG convertible sports car and not only drove until she was 87, but also did her own oil changes!
She once asked me, while standing in my back garden, one afternoon drinking a cup of tea; Tony Deah (she spoke perfect English), “What is the one thing you will have that will tell you you’ve finally made it in life? I had no idea what her question meant, so I asked her to explain. She explained is it a Rolls Royce, a yacht, A mansion in the country or maybe to become a millionaire?” I had never thought of this question and couldn’t answer her, but I said I would have to think about it and let her know. Three months later as I was mowing my, very typically small lawn in the back garden, of my London semi-detached home, I thought, “what if I had a lawn that was so big I had to have a rider lawn mower to cut my grass!” So I wrote to her and she replied “So Tony deah let me know when you get it.”
Three years later my company moved me on from Brussels to the USA, we were standing on the driveway of our new home in Greenwood Indiana and I gave my wife a small plastic box with three buttons on it. She asked me, “What do I do with this?” I told her it was an automatic garage door opener (we don’t have these in London homes) and when she pressed the button, the garage door opened and sitting in the completely empty garage was a Sears Rider Mower with a yellow Post It from the previous owners saying they hoped we would put it to good use as they had bought a new one for their new home.
What did I learn from this? If you set specific goal for yourself you are more likely to achieve it! From where I was, in my back garden mowing my lawn, my life goal was seemingly impossible when I wrote it down, but the universe moved with me and I achieved it in a way I never thought possible!
Managing a New Product Launch Amidst Tough Competition
This is a short video I created to raise awareness of the homeless people in London and of course in all countries.
The beautiful song was written by Ralph McTell and is called Streets Of London. I hope you like my video!
